Color field paintings and mixed media on polystyrene exploring the virus as metaphor for invisibility, vulnerability, and unseen threat. Exhibited at VCUarts Qatar Gallery and awarded at multiple international juried competitions. 2020–2021.

These color field paintings and mixed-media works on polystyrene use the virus as a point of departure — a metaphor for invisibility, vulnerability, and the surfaces we present to the world. Produced during the pandemic years of 2020–2021, the series explores what it means to be exposed in every sense: physically, emotionally, and psychologically. The visual language of biological forms becomes a way of examining how unseen forces shape our lives. Fifteen works from the series were exhibited in "Good Vibes Only" at VCUarts Qatar Gallery, with individual pieces earning a Silver Award at Camelback Gallery and a Talent Prize at Art Show International.
